Shipping coverage by country

Where can I send my orders?

For Spain and Portugal (both countries managed from the website https://app.dropea.com/ ) and for Italy (managed from the website https://app.it.dropea.com/ ) the shipping restrictions are detailed below:

Spain 🇪🇸

We ship to the entire Spanish peninsula and the Balearic Islands 🚚.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla 🚫. Exclude these provinces from your COD form 📋 to prevent orders from being placed in your store with shipments to these destinations, as delivery will not be possible.

Portugal 🇵🇹

We only ship to mainland Portugal 🚚.
We do not ship to the Azores and Madeira islands 🏝️. Please exclude them from your COD form 📋 to prevent orders from being placed in your store with shipments to these destinations, as delivery will not be possible.

☑️ Estimated delivery time: usually between 24-48 business hours. Everything ships from Spain, so deliveries to large cities can likely be completed within the estimated time, but to more remote areas they may take a little longer.

Italy 🇮🇹

In some areas of Italy, logistical restrictions prevent our carriers from making deliveries. Therefore, orders with certain specific postal codes will return an error on Shopify and cannot be processed by our platform.
