Shipping services and how to modify them

At Dropea, you can choose the shipping service that best suits your business model.
Alert
Each service has a different cost. Shipping rates can be viewed within the platform under My Account > My Rates.

Tipsa service types


Tipsa offers services 14, 19 and economy (24/48) for mainland Spain and only economy (24/48) for mainland Portugal .

What is the difference between each of them?

Service 14 : Express transport service with delivery before 2 p.m. in capital cities and major towns.

Service 19 : Express transport service with delivery before 7 p.m. to capital cities and major towns.

24-hour service : affordable transport service with general delivery within 24 hours (max. 48 hours) in capital cities and major towns.


GLS service types


GLS offers 14 and 24 hour delivery .

What is the difference between each of them?

Delivery 14 : Express package delivery before 2:00 PM the next business day. Service available in select areas.

Delivery 24 : package delivery within 24/48 business hours.

Modify the shipping service for all orders in general


The platform is already configured by default so that all orders to Spain are sent with Tipsa's 24-hour service , but you can modify this by going to My Account > My Data, in the Carriers section (you'll find it at the bottom). Remember that the service you configure in this section will impact all orders you confirm .



Warning
Attention : Supplier 4 only ships with Tipsa , so it is not possible to configure another delivery company to send orders.

Modify the shipping service of one or more orders individually


1. From the pending confirmation tab, select the order or orders for which you need to modify the service and click on the Update Transportation Services button.



2. Select Tipsa or GLS , the service you want to modify, and finally click on the Update button.
