Shipping rates and other fees

  1. Shipping rates are available for viewing in the My Account > My Rates section of the platform


  1. The information is divided into blocks according to shipping rates by segments and services for mainland Spain and shipping rates by segments and services for the Balearic Islands.
  1. There you will also find information related to COD commission fees, fulfillment fees, and more.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight of the product.
The volumetric weight is obtained by considering a relationship of 1 m³ = 167 kg, and is calculated using the formula: (Length × Width × Height) / 6000.
The rates are generated by each carrier, not by Dropea .
