How long does it take for orders to be shipped once confirmed?
The shipping time of orders depends on two things:
- Confirmation of orders before the supplier's cut-off time
- The type of service you choose to send them
At Dropea, each supplier has their own cut-off time (Spanish time), but this information isn't available on the platform. If you need to know, you can contact Customer Service through any of the
official communication channels . To do this, you'll need to have previously identified the
ID of the supplier you're working with or the
ID of the product you're selling.
Here you can check the
types of services available for shipping your orders. You can view the rates for each company and service in the My Account > My Rates section of the Dropea dashboard.
Some examples:
- Supplier cut-off time: 4:30 p.m.
- Service type: Tipsa 24-hour service or GLS 24-hour delivery

If you confirm your order before 4:30 PM on a weekday (Monday to Friday), the supplier will prepare it, and the shipping company will pick it up that same day. It will be delivered to the customer within the next 24 to 48 business hours. That is, if you confirm on a Monday, the customer will receive it between Tuesday and Wednesday. If you confirm on a Friday, the customer will receive it between Monday and Tuesday of the following week.
- Supplier cut-off time: 5:00 p.m.
- Service type: Tipsa 14 Service or GLS 14H Delivery

If you confirm your order before 5:00 PM on a weekday (Monday to Friday), the supplier will prepare it, and the shipping company will pick it up that same day. It will be delivered to the customer before 2:00 PM the next business day. This means that if you confirm on a Monday, the customer will receive it on Tuesday. If you confirm on a Friday, the customer will receive it on Monday.

Please note : All orders confirmed on Fridays after the supplier's cut-off time and over the weekend will be prepared on the following Monday and will be in transit starting Tuesday. Orders are NOT prepared or shipped on weekends.

Important : Regardless of the supplier's cut-off time, we recommend confirming orders as early as possible and avoiding confirming too close to the cut-off time to ensure timely preparation and shipping.
