Orders not displayed in dropea
Active filters
If you can't see your orders in Dropea, clear all the filters you've set in the orders section and they should appear.
By default, Dropea will always show you orders from the last 7 days, but if you tap the date filter (or any other filter) and then don't clear it, this will prevent you from seeing new orders as they come in.
Incorrect product linking
If after linking the product to your Shopify store you can't see your orders in Dropea, it means the linking wasn't done correctly.
You can solve this problem in three simple steps:
Step 1: Unlink the product from the Stores section of the Dropea dashboard, following the steps in the how-to: How do I unlink a product from my store?
Note : If you've successfully linked your product (even if it's incorrect), it will appear in the synced product list in the Shops section. You can find it by product ID or name in Shopify. If it doesn't appear there, the linking isn't even complete .
Step 2: Relink the product correctly, following the steps in the guide: Add the products you want to sell to your store
Step 3: Resend pending orders from Shopify by following the steps in the how-to: How do I resend an order to Dropea from Shopify?
Important : If after resending your orders you still don't see them in Dropea, we recommend contacting our customer service team for help resolving the issue.
