Request a loan to confirm orders

If you've run out of available funds and need to continue confirming cash-on-delivery orders , you can apply for a loan using the following form:

Once the request is received, it will be reviewed by the appropriate department, and if everything is correct, the requested amount will be credited to your wallet. Otherwise, you will be notified.

Warning
You must repay the loan you request as soon as possible. This will be possible when you have sufficient funds available in your wallet to allow you to repay the loan and still maintain a margin with which you can continue confirming orders without having to take out another loan. If you think you are able to repay it, you can do so from the "Loans" tab in your wallet.

Idea
Remember that you ca n't apply for a loan to confirm orders paid by card, PayPal, Bizum, etc. In this case, you'll always need to transfer money to your wallet 👛.

How should I fill out the loan application form?

1. Enter your dropshipper ID. If you don't know your dropshipper ID, check out this article to learn where to find it.

2. Enter the amount you need to request. This can be roughly calculated by multiplying the number of orders pending confirmation by the amount your wallet typically reserves for each order you confirm. For example: you have 10 orders pending confirmation and your wallet typically reserves 14.50 per order. Enter 10 x 14.50. You can see the amount your wallet reserves for each order you confirm in the "Reservations" tab of the wallet section.

3. Indicate the number of pending orders you have to confirm

4. Enter a contact email address

5. Indicate the reason for requesting the loan and finally click "Submit"
