Dropea Guarantee Form and How to Fill It Out Correctly
How should you fill it out?
1. Fill in each field with all the required information: order id in dropea, your
dropshipper id , the delivery date of the order, the supplier id (if you don't know what the supplier id is, you can check this
document) to see where to find it)
Depending on the supplier ID you enter in the "Supplier ID" field, the information requested regarding the order will change. For example, if you enter ID 38, the information requested will not be the same as if you enter ID 4. This is because each supplier has their own information requirements for proceeding with warranty resolution.
It's very important that you have an image of the packaging and its label so the supplier can proceed with the case evaluation. If for any reason the customer no longer has it and can't send it to you, you must clarify this in the reason for the complaint and add another image in its place so we can continue uploading information.
2. In any case, you must select an option to indicate the reason for the claim: warranty due to breakage (this also includes defective product), missing product, or incorrect product.
3. Once you have completed all the information, click the Submit button. The form will be sent to the supplier area and will be pending review.
4. The case will be reviewed by the supplier department, and once a resolution is reached, a person from the warranty department will contact you via WhatsApp to inform you.
