How to manage the return of an order?
When you make a sale through dropea, it is a wholesale transaction.
If the product doesn't meet your customer's expectations, you are responsible for providing support, and therefore, the decision to accept a return is yours. Dropea does not handle returns due to non-compliance.
If you proceed with this, you must provide the customer with your shipping address for the return of the product and issue the corresponding refund.
Return for defective/wrong product or incomplete order
If, after receiving the order, the customer tells you that the product arrived defective or is incorrect, or that they received an incomplete order, you must complete the Dropea
warranty form so the supplier department can review the case.
Please note that if more than seven (7) calendar days have passed since the date of receipt of the order, your claim will not be addressed and the resolution will fall on you.
