1. Fill in your billing information

Warning
Important: The information you complete on the form will be used by our system to sign the online contract and to automatically generate and issue the invoices our system generates each month. Therefore, please double-check that your information is correct .
1. Click on My Account > My Data


2. Scroll down to the billing information block, fill in all the details depending on whether you are a Company or Individual , and click the "Save" button.

  1. If you are an individual residing in Spain, you must confirm whether or not the equivalence surcharge applies.
  2. If your company is established in the European Union, you should have a valid VAT number (intra-community VAT number).
  3. You can check if your VAT is valid on the following website: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation
  4. If your VAT number isn't valid, we recommend speaking with your tax advisors and accountants to process it. You can still create a Dropea account; simply select the option indicating that you do NOT have a VAT number and enter your tax identification number instead.
Alert
A valid VAT number must always begin with the country code of the country that issued it. For example: if it was issued in Spain , it will begin with ES ; if it was issued in Italy , it will begin with IT .

3. Activate two-factor authentication

Note: To complete this step, you can download the "Google Authenticator" app from the Apple Store for iPhone or the Play Store for Android. For your PC, you can use the "Authenticator" extension available for Chrome.

4. Return to the Dropea panel, scan the QR code with your phone's extension or app, and click "Accept."





5. Open the app on your phone or click the browser extension , copy the code (the codes take a few seconds, so you'll want to do it quickly), and click "Allow."


6. Type or paste the code into the corresponding field and click the "Submit" button. Congratulations, you've now activated two-factor authentication!

Note: Depending on the data you upload, information about the VAT that Dropea will charge you and information about the VAT on the products will appear below your billing information.
