Wallet for dropshippers

What are funds?

Funds are the sum of refunds for fulfilled orders, less the costs of fulfilled and returned orders (shipping, returns, COD fees, and fulfillment) and any withdrawals you've made. Loans granted are also included, so the "funds" balance does not equal net earnings or money automatically available for withdrawal.

What are reservations?

Reserves are the amount we temporarily set aside in your wallet for each new order until it's delivered or rejected, to cover shipping and return costs. If there isn't enough money in your available funds or balance to cover the reserves, you won't be able to confirm orders. This amount is subtracted from your available funds.

What are the available funds?

Available funds are the money you can withdraw. It's the result of subtracting reserves and loans from the funds to cover repayment costs.

Some clarifications

  1. If you're just starting out, you'll have a €300 credit in your reservations. It's not visible, but it's stored there even if you see everything as 0.
  2. If you use cash on delivery, Dropea will initially allow you to confirm orders until your reserves reach €300 or an approximate value (please note that this credit can only be used to confirm cash on delivery orders). Once you exceed this limit, when you try to confirm orders, you may receive a message stating that "there are not enough funds available," and you will need to contact Dropea customer service to request a loan or transfer money to your wallet.

  1. You must repay the loan you request as soon as possible. This will be possible when you have sufficient funds available in your wallet to allow you to repay the loan and still maintain a margin with which you can continue confirming orders without having to request another loan. If you think you are able to repay it, you can do so from the "Loans" tab.

  1. When you withdraw money, always try to leave a remainder of the funds in your wallet so you can continue confirming orders and avoid having to take out another loan.
  1. If your store uses credit card or PayPal in addition to cash on delivery, you may not be able to confirm orders at first with Dropea. In that case, you'll need to use the "Add Funds" button in your wallet, and the details for making a transfer will appear. Once you've completed the transfer, you must send the receipt to soporte@dropea.com so we can credit the transferred amount to your wallet. Please include your dropshipper ID in the transfer description, in addition to the reason, as this is the only way we can identify who to credit the funds to.
