How can I add funds to my Dropea wallet?

To add funds to your wallet, you'll need to use the "Add Funds" button in the wallet. You'll be given the details to make a transfer to us.





Once you complete it, you must share the receipt with us at soporte@dropea.com

Please include your dropshipper ID in the transfer description, in addition to the reason, as it's the only way we can identify who to credit the money we receive. If you forget to include it, you must indicate it in the subject or body of the email.

Warning
Please note : Transfer crediting is subject to the funds arriving in the account first, and then to the availability of the administration area to credit it. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a specific time for crediting; it will be processed as soon as possible.
