Modify billing information

My billing information has changed, is it possible to modify it?


Yes, it's possible. To do this, you must contact us from one of the two contacts you registered on Dropea (email or WhatsApp) at support@dropea.com or via WhatsApp at +16066530924, indicating your Drophipper ID and requesting a data reset. Please note that both your billing information and contract will be reset, so you will need to complete everything again. Data reset requests made through the platform's chat will NOT be accepted.
  1. When you save the new information and sign the contract, the system will ask for the 6-digit code from the two-factor authentication, which you previously installed and configured (Google Authenticator). Depending on where you set it up the first time, it should be saved as "dropea," either on your mobile device or in the Chrome extension. If you can't find it, you can request a reset so you can set it up again 🔁.
  2. Please note that once the change is made, any orders you placed while the previous information was valid will be billed using that information. All orders placed after the change will be billed with the new information 📋.
  3. No other account information will be altered after the reset, such as linked stores, linked products, orders, etc.
