Modify billing information

My billing information has changed. Is it possible to modify it?


Yes, it is possible. To do so, you must contact one of the two contacts you have registered with Dropea (email or WhatsApp) at soporte@dropea.com or WhatsApp +16066530924, indicating your Drophipper ID and requesting a reset of your information. Please note that both your billing information and contract will be reset, so you will need to complete everything again. Requests to reset information through the platform's chat are NOT accepted.
Warning
When you save the new information and sign the contract, the system will ask you for the 6-digit two-factor authentication code, previously installed and configured (Authenticator or Google Authenticator). Depending on where you did this the first time, it should have been registered under the name Dropea, either on your mobile device or in the Chrome extension.
If you can't find it, you can ask for it to be reset so you can do it again 🔁.
Alert
Please note that once the change is made, any orders you submitted while the previous information was in effect will be billed with that information. All orders received after the change will be billed with the new information 📋.
Info No other account information will be altered after the reset , including linked stores, linked products, orders, etc.
