How do I confirm and request order fulfillment directly from Shopify?

Configure the drop branch within the product

Dropea automatically updates and adds order tracking to your Shopify dashboard, as long as you have the Dropea branch set as unique within the product in Shopify. You can also see which orders are fulfilled and which are not yet fulfilled.



IMPORTANT : To take full advantage of these sync features, make sure that products linked with dropea are set up in Shopify with only the dropea location.

Go to the product in Shopify and:
  1. If the product has no variants, simply go to the Inventory block, click on "Edit branches" , leave the drop branch selected as the only one and click " Save" .



  1. If the product has variants , enter one of the variants, locate the Inventory block and then edit the branch for each of the variants.






Once you have performed this procedure, dropea should be the only branch listed within the inventory block, as shown here:



Confirm and request order preparation

Individual confirmation

Enter the order, verify that the branch listed is Dropea's (if not, you can change it using the three dots), and click the "Shipping Request" button. This will also automatically confirm the order on Dropea's platform.


Mass confirmation

You can also confirm orders in bulk from the Shopify order list (remember to verify that the Dropea branch is listed as unique in the linked product; otherwise, it won't work), click on the three dots, and then click "Request order fulfillment." This way, orders will also be automatically confirmed on the Dropea platform.
