How to confirm and request order preparation directly from Shopify?

Configure the branch drop within the product

Dropea automatically updates and adds order tracking to your Shopify dashboard, as long as you have the Dropea branch set as the only one within the product in Shopify. You can also see which orders are ready and which are not.


IMPORTANT : To take full advantage of these synchronization features, make sure that the products linked to dropea are configured in Shopify only with the branch: dropea.
Go to the product page on Shopify and:
  1. If the product has no variants, simply go to the Inventory block, click on "Edit branches" , leave the dropea branch selected as the only branch and click on " Save" .



  1. If the product has variants , go to one of the variants, locate the Inventory block, and then edit the branch for each variant.






Once you have completed this procedure, Dropea should be the only branch listed within the inventory block, as shown here:

Access the order, verify that the branch listed is the Dropea branch (if it's not listed, you can change it using the three dots), and click the "Request order preparation" button. This will automatically confirm the order on the Dropea platform.

Mass confirmation
You can also confirm orders in bulk from your Shopify order list (remember to verify that the Dropea branch is listed as the only one for the linked product; otherwise, it won't work). Click on the three dots and then on "Request order preparation." This way, the orders will also be automatically confirmed on the Dropea platform.
