Shipping and confirmation of orders paid by card or other means of payment in advance


You can offer card payments (or other advance payment methods) in your store, and Dropea will handle the preparation and shipping.

You must set up a payment gateway in Shopify so that the order arrives at Dropea with the payment type "card payment," "PayPal," "Stripe," or "paid," so that the customer won't be charged a refund upon delivery. You will only be charged the shipping costs.

What you should keep in mind is that in order to confirm these types of orders within the platform, if you don't have enough money in "available funds" for the wallet to accept the reservation, you'll need to transfer the money to your wallet to cover the total costs.

The costs are: product cost + VAT (if applicable) + shipping + fulfillment. To calculate this more easily, go to the order and see the total cost. This way, you'll know how much money to transfer.
