If you need to contact Dropea's customer support team, you can do so through the official channels available.

For better management of your inquiry, always use a single contact channel .
It is not permitted to contact someone through more than one means at the same time.

🗓️⏰ Days and hours of operation

Customer service days and hours are subject to the time changes that take place in Spain during the months of March and October of each year.

🌺☀️ Spring-Summer Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays from 14:00 to 18:00 — Spain time.
🍂❄️ Autumn-Winter Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 13:00 to 17:00 — Spain time.

🕐 What happens if I write outside of business hours?

💬 Platform chat:
If you contact us outside of business hours, drobot will try to help you resolve your query, but you won't be able to speak to a human agent until the team is back online.
In these cases, we recommend sending your query to support@dropea.com or contacting us again during business hours.

If you write outside of business hours, your query will be reviewed and answered when the team is available again 🤗.
