Customer service days and hours
Dropea's customer service days and hours are subject to the time changes that occur in Spain during the months of March and October of each year:
Spring-summer opening hours: Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Spanish time)
Autumn-winter opening hours : Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Spanish time)
Platform chat : If you call outside of business hours, the drobot will try to help you resolve your query, but you won't be able to speak to a human agent until we're back online ☺️.
In these cases, we recommend sending your query to soporte@dropea.com or contacting us during the days and times available for support through this channel 🤗.
Whatsapp and email : If you contact us outside of business hours, your inquiry will be answered as soon as we are available again.
