Dropea's customer service days and hours are subject to the time changes that occur in Spain during the months of March and October of each year:

Spring-summer hours : Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Spanish time)

Platform chat : If you call outside of business hours, the drobot will try to help you resolve your query, but you won't be able to speak to a human agent until we're back online ☺️.
