It is not possible to contact a supplier directly.
If you need to inquire about a product, whether it's stock, features and/or specifications, content, variants, etc., or request a privatization, you can submit your inquiry using the following form:
Once received, it will be reviewed by the appropriate department, and as soon as there is a response, you will be notified by the contact email you provided.
How to fill out the form?
1. Enter your dropshipper ID
If you don't know what your droshipper ID is, check the following article to verify it.
2. Enter the ID of the product or products you need to query. If there are several, you must enter them as follows: 123,456,789,10112
If you don't know what the product ID is or where to view it, check the following article to verify it.
3. Indicate the product supplier ID
If you don't know what the product vendor ID is or where to view it, check the following article to verify it.
4. Write the query you want to make
5. Choose the level of urgency with which you need your query answered
6. Enter the email address to which you want to receive the response to your query and click on the Submit button.
7. Done, your query has been sent! As soon as we receive a response, you'll be notified by the email address you provided in the form. 🤗
