It is not possible to contact a supplier directly.
If you need to check information about a product, whether it's regarding stock, features and/or specifications, contents, variants, etc., you can submit your inquiry through the following form:
Once received, it will be reviewed by the relevant department and as soon as there is a response, you will be informed via the contact email you have provided.
How do I fill out the form?
1. Enter your dropshipper ID
If you don't know your Dropshipper ID, check the following article to find out.
2. Enter the ID of the product(s) you need to check. If there are several, list them as follows: 123,456,789,10112
If you don't know the product ID or where to view it, check the following article to find out.
3. Indicate the product supplier ID
If you don't know the product supplier ID or where to view it, check the following article to find out.
4. Write the query you wish to make
5. Choose the level of urgency with which you need your query answered
6. Enter the email address where you want to receive the answer to your query and click the Submit button
7. Done! Your inquiry has been sent! As soon as there's a response, you'll be notified via the contact email you provided on the form 🤗
