Where can I see the destination agency details for an order?

To view the destination branch details for an order, click on the order tracking and the information will open in a new tab 🔽.
The "Destination Agency" section contains all the details of the branch 🔽
GLS
You can verify the destination agency information by accessing the order tracking and then clicking on the "Pick up at Agency" button.
If that button does not appear, you can access the following link: https://gls-group.com/ES/es/buscador-codigos-postales/ and by entering the postal code that appears on the order, it will give you the details of the destination agency.
Request collection at agency before confirming the order
If the customer asks you to pick up the order directly at the agency without having it sent to their address before confirming the order, that is not possible, since in order to know the destination agency where the package will go, it must first be confirmed and when it becomes ready and the tracking is generated, the information will appear.
