The information that the delivery company updates in the tracking is not immediately synchronized with Dropea.
Dropea's servers periodically scan the information, so if the order appears as delivered in the tracking and that status isn't reflected in Dropea, you'll need to wait for the information to sync.
What happens if the customer says they received their order, but it doesn't show up as delivered in either the tracking or Dropea?
In these cases, you should ask the customer for an image of the order label attached to the bag or box they received it in, so you can verify that it's your order and not someone else's.
On the label, look for the order ID (as shown in dropea), the tracking number, and compare the data.
If you can verify that the image is your order, share it with the customer service team so they can send the evidence to the delivery company and request a status change.
If the customer no longer has the packaging, the process will take longer because it will have to be verified directly with the delivery company.
Keep in mind that when you use COD (Cash on Delivery), it's very common for customers to place the same order at different stores and take the one that arrives first or the one they found to be the cheapest.
