How to request a sample order?

Cash on delivery
1. Generate a manual order from dropea for cash on delivery with the total cost of the order: This will include: product cost + shipping and fulfillment x3 (the wallet reserves both shipping and fulfillment + 50% insurance and when the order is delivered the money for the returns and insurance is released) + taxes, if applicable.

Example: product cost: €6.50 + €3.50 (shipping outbound) + €3.50 (shipping return) + €3.50 (insurance) + €1 (fulfillment outbound) + €1 (fulfillment return) + €1 (insurance) Total: €20
Alert
If the total sum of everything gives you a number with a decimal, round it up. For example: if it's 23.50, round up to 24.
2. Before confirming your order on our platform, you must provide us with the order ID so we can verify it.
Please DO NOT confirm the order without us having previously checked it.

3. You must pay the delivery person upon delivery.

Prepayment
1. Generate a manual order from Dropea and mark it as "paid" or "card payment."

2. To confirm, you must have the total order costs in your wallet. This will include: product cost + shipping + fulfillment + taxes, if applicable.

3. If you don't have enough funds to confirm the order, you'll need to transfer money to your wallet.

4. Before confirming your order on our platform, you must provide us with the order ID so we can verify it.
Please DO NOT confirm the order without us having previously checked it.
