🏢 Modify the destination agency of an order in an incident
If the customer wishes to collect the order at another agency, it is possible to request a rerouting to a new agency.
📌 Necessary condition:
The new agency must belong to the same transport company and be available to receive the order.
📩 How to request it?
This request must be made through the Dropea customer support team.
⚠️ Important:
Rerouting has an additional cost, as it is necessary to reprint the order label and transfer it to the corresponding agency in charge of delivery in the area.
⏳ Processing time
Recanalizations can take up to 48 business hours to be resolved.
💡 Recommendation:
Inform the customer that, within the next 48 business hours , the order should be available or arrive at the new agency indicated.
