How to add your products to Dropea

Step by step: upload products

1. Go to Products and then click "Add Product."



2. At this point you must fill in all the information related to the product:

A- TITLE: Product name (should be easy to search; no brands)


B- DETAIL: Description of the product with as much information as possible about it: characteristics or technical specifications, how it is used and for how long, etc.


C- IMAGES AND/OR VIDEOS: You can upload up to 10 files and choose the one you want to be the main product image. This can be done by clicking on the gray circle with a star inside. It will turn yellow once you've made your selection.




D- VARIANTS: This space is only used if your product has variants such as size, color, size, etc. If the product does not have variants, you can skip this section and go directly to INVENTORY.


To add variants, click the blue "Add Option" button and a variety of options will appear to choose from.


Once you've chosen the variant type for your product, you'll need to fill in all the fields with all the variants it has and then click the "Done!" button.


When this appears, you must fill in all the information indicated in the red box for each variant: RRP, PRICE, COST PRICE, and SKU.


E- INVENTORY: This space is disabled if the product has variants and you added them in the previous step, so don't worry if you don't see it later in the panel.
If your product does not have variants, you must complete each field with the required information: SKU, STOCK.


F- SHIPPING: In this space you must fill in each field with all the information related to the shipment.

Fulfill by Dropea: Check this box if you're sending your products to our warehouse so we can handle order fulfillment. Otherwise, leave it unchecked.


STATUS: If you're going to upload your product so anyone can sell it, make it public, otherwise it won't appear on the product panel. If, on the other hand, you're going to privatize your stock so only a select few can sell it, then change it to private.


CATEGORY: Assign a category to your product.


PRICES EXCLUDING VAT: Complete all information with the prices you deem appropriate. If you are a supplier fulfilled by Dropea, you must always enter 1 in the "Fulfill Price" field. Otherwise, you can enter the price you agreed upon with Dropea.


3. Once you've completed all the information, click the "Accept" button at the bottom.
Done! Your product has been uploaded to the platform.
