How to prepare orders from Dropea if you are a supplier with your own warehouse

1. Go to Orders

2. Select the orders listed under " Pending preparation " and move them to " In preparation "
Once you complete this step, the PICKING LIST will be printed : a list that includes ALL the products and units you need to pick to prepare all those orders.

3. Then, you need to reselect all the orders that are " In Preparation " and move them to " Prepared ".
This step will launch the PACKING LIST : a list with ALL orders to be prepared and the contents that go inside each one + SHIPPING LABELS FROM THE TRANSPORT COMPANY.
Since this is a very tedious task, you will receive an email with a link to download these two files.

4. You will receive an email for every 25 orders .
Example: if there are 100 orders, you will receive four emails with 25 labels each.

5. As a final step , you prepare the orders so that the corresponding shipping company can pick them up. From here on, you don't need to do anything else .
