To be able to bulk upload products within Dropea, you must log in to your supplier account.

1. Click on Products

2. Click on " Import Products "

1. Download the template

1. Fill it out as follows :

Title: Product title (remember that it has to be as intuitive as possible so that the dropshipper can find it easily).

detail: detail of the entire product. No matter how long it is, it must be in a single row.

status: public

Category: Choose one of the following and write it exactly as it appears in this list:

• Home and kitchen
• Health and personal care
• Electronics
• Sports and outdoors
• Pet products
• DIY and tools
• Beauty
• Toys and games
• Office and stationery
• Lightning
• Garden
• Baby
• Luggage
• Car and motorcycle
• Clothes
• Computing
• Industry, business and science
• Shoes and accessories
• Food and beverages

price: the price the dropshipper will be charged.

recommended_selling_price: If you want to recommend a price to the dropshipper to sell it.

cost_price: The cost price of your product so we can provide you with profit statistics.

price_fulfill: If you are a supplier fulfilled by dropea, you must always enter 1 in this field. Otherwise, you can enter the price you agreed upon with dropea.

sku: the sku of your product.

stock: the amount of stock available to drop for that product.

weight: the weight is in KG, therefore if the product weighs for example 300 grams it is indicated: 0.3, if the product weighs 30 grams it is indicated: 0.03 and if it weighs 3kg it is indicated: 3

length: the length of the product in its original box.

width: the width of the product in its original box.

height: the height of the product in its original box.

fulfill_by_dropea : If you fulfill the orders yourself, you must select NO. If you send us your stock to fulfill, you must select YES.

You can add up to four images to the template. If you want to add more, you can edit the product once it's uploaded to the platform.

Instructions for uploading image URLs:
Please make sure you only enter the image's base URL, without including any additional parameters. Parameters that typically appear after the ? symbol are not required and should be removed before uploading the URL to the system.

Example:
Incorrect: https://example.com/image123.jpg?version=45678
Correct: https://example.com/image123.jpg
This ensures that images are stored correctly in our system.

5. To finish , upload the completed template and click IMPORT . Then, notify the Dropea team for review.
