Procedure for entering merchandise into the Dropea warehouse

How should you send your products to our warehouses?

Each package must have a label on the outside indicating:
  1. Drops
  2. Your Supplier ID
  3. ID/SKU of the product inside
  4. Number of packages (boxes) and units per variant

Important
  1. Products must be grouped by variant, avoiding sending mixed products.
  2. Each box must be labeled with the SKUs of the variants it contains, with their respective quantity of units.
  3. If a box contains multiple SKUs, they must be properly grouped within the packaging.

Alert
If merchandise arrives mixed or without clear identification, handling fees will apply for the reception, categorization, and ordering of the received products.

Procedure for entering merchandise into the Dropea warehouse

This is the step-by-step process for entering merchandise into Dropea if you have sent stock to our fulfillment center (warehouse).

1. Go to the Products > Goods Incoming section and click "Add Incoming Goods."


2. Fill out the form with the requested information.

Important : In the MERCHANDISE block , you must add a new line for each product and for each variant .

3. When you finish uploading information, click "Add Incoming Merchandise."

Warning
Attention : If the product is not linked to the fulfillment center (warehouse), you will receive a warning and must contact the supplier support area to link it correctly and proceed with the form upload.
