If an order remains in "Ready" status for several days, it is important to check when it was confirmed and what the supplier's cutoff time is.

⏰ When should it go into transit?
If you confirm the order before the supplier's cut-off time , it should be in transit the next business day .
⚠️ If the order is still ready:
If you confirmed it on time and in the correct manner, but the order does not go into transit, you should file a claim with the customer service team so they can review the case with the responsible department.
💡 Recommendation:
To avoid delays, do not confirm orders too close to the supplier's cut-off time, as this can also delay preparation.
