📋 Check information about a product

If you need additional information about a product, such as stock, features, specifications, contents, variants or other details, you can submit an inquiry to the supplier through the form provided by dropea.

⚠️ Important:
It is not possible to contact the suppliers directly. All inquiries must be made through the official form.

Once the request is submitted, it will be reviewed by the relevant department and you will receive the response in the email address indicated on the form.

🛠️ How to fill out the form?

1️⃣ Indicate your dropshipper ID

2️⃣ Enter the ID of the product or products

Enter the ID of the product you wish to view.


If there are multiple products, you must list them separated by commas:

Example: 123,456,789,10112

3️⃣ Enter the supplier ID

Enter the supplier ID corresponding to the product you wish to inquire about.

4️⃣ Write your question

Clearly detail the information you need to obtain about the product.


5️⃣ Select the level of urgency

Choose the priority with which you need to receive a response.


6️⃣ Enter your email address

Enter the email address where you want to receive the response and click Submit .


7️⃣ Inquiry sent! 🎉

✅ All set
Your inquiry has been successfully submitted. As soon as a response is available, you will receive it at the email address you provided in the form 🤗.
