π Create manual order
If you need to create an order manually from Dropea, you can do so directly from the orders section of your dashboard.
π οΈ Step by step
- Go to the Orders section.
- Click on the "Add Order" button.
- Complete all the requested information.
πͺ Store
Select the store from which you will ship.
β οΈ Important:
It is not possible to manage manual orders without having a store previously linked to Dropea.
π¦ Product
Select the product you wish to send.
π Shipping address
Complete all customer details:
- π€ First and Last Name
- π§ Email (if the client does not have an email address, you must provide an alternative one in order to proceed)
- π Telephone
- π Delivery address
- πΊοΈ City
- βοΈ Postal Code
- π Province (will be automatically entered when you create the order)
- π Destination country.
In addition, you will need to select:
- π³ Payment type.
- π Transport company.
- π¦ Shipping service.
π° Allowed payment methods
- π΅ Cash on delivery.
- π³ Card payment.
- π
ΏοΈ PayPal.
- π³ Stripe.
- β
Paid.
π¨ Attention:
Do not use the "Manual Payment" or "Other" options, as they are not intended for creating manual orders.
π Order
Configure the order details:
- π’ Number of units.
- π° Product selling price.
- Click on "Accept" .
- Done! π

Order created successfully:
You will be able to view it in the "Pending confirmation" tab and proceed to confirm it whenever you wish.
