Fees for cash withdrawals

Fees for cash withdrawals

Fees may vary depending on the payment method, market, and currency selected.

Since these values can change, Dropea always displays the updated information before you complete any operation.

🔎 Where can you check the fees?

  1. When creating a payment method: you will see the fixed amount and percentage corresponding to the selected method. If a currency conversion applies, the associated percentage will also be shown.
  2. When requesting a withdrawal: before confirming, you will be able to review the breakdown of charges and the net amount we will transfer.

This way, you will have the current information for your payment method at the time of the transaction.

💱 What happens if you receive the money in another currency?

If the destination currency is different from the base currency of the market where you sell, a conversion fee may apply; Dropea will show you the corresponding percentage before you confirm the withdrawal.

The net amount shown is the amount we will transfer in your selected currency. If your account receives funds in a different currency, the final amount will depend on the exchange rate in effect when the transfer is approved.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact amount you will receive in the destination currency when requesting a withdrawal.

⚠️ Important information

Any costs that may be charged by banks, payment gateways or other external providers are the responsibility of those entities and are not Dropea's own fees.

Please check that your payment account supports the currency of the transfer. If it doesn't, the money may be returned to your Dropea wallet.
