💸 Money withdrawals
At Dropea, you can request withdrawals from your wallet. Please note that these withdrawals are processed on specific days and times.
📅 Management days and hours
Withdrawal processing at Dropea is only available from Monday to Friday and is subject to time changes in Spain during the months of March and October each year.
☀️ Spring-summer:
Withdrawals are processed at approximately 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM — Spain time.
🍂 Autumn-winter:
Withdrawals are processed at approximately 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM — Spain time.
⚠️ Important:
If you request a withdrawal on a Friday after the cut-off time or during the weekend, i.e., Saturday or Sunday, the withdrawal will be processed on the next business day.
💰 Commissions
Fees may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected:
- 💳 Payoneer: up to 1% of the transaction amount, with a minimum fee of up to $4 USD .
- ₿ Crypto: 1.5% of the total transaction + €1 operation fee.
- 🌍 SWIFT: €10 per transaction + the commission of the intermediary banks, which will depend on each entity.
⚠️ Important:
Dropea is not responsible for the exchange rate applied by the bank or banking entity of the account confirmed by the dropshipper.
It is also not responsible for a possible refund of the money to the Dropea wallet in case the indicated account does not accept euros to make the corresponding conversion to your currency.

The type of dollar that will be used will depend on the value of the dollar at the time the administration approves the withdrawal.
