Withdrawals
💲Request a withdrawal
1. Go to the Wallet > Transactions section
2. Click on the "Request Withdrawal" button.
3. A pop-up window will open where you must indicate the reason for the withdrawal , enter the amount , and choose the payment account where you wish to receive the money (if you have multiple accounts linked). Finally, click the "Request Withdrawal" button.
📅 Management days and hours
Withdrawal processing at Dropea is only available from Monday to Friday and is subject to time changes in Spain during the months of March and October each year.

Withdrawals are processed at approximately 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM — Spain time.

Withdrawals are processed at approximately 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM — Spain time.

⚠️ Important:
If you request a withdrawal on a Friday after the cut-off time or during the weekend, i.e., Saturday or Sunday, the withdrawal will be processed on the next business day.
