✅ Verify customer reliability
This feature allows you to review a customer's delivery rate before confirming an order, to decide whether or not to ship it.
The system uses the customer's phone number as a reference and displays the information in the "Reliability" column within the Orders section.
📊 Reliability references based on color, condition, and ruler
| Color | State | Ruler |
|---|
| 🔘Gray | A stranger | Customer without computable prior orders |
| 🟢 Green | Good track record | Delivery rate above 70% |
| 🟡 Yellow | Average history | Delivery rate between 40% and 70% |
| 🔴 Red | Bad track record | Delivery rate below 40% |
📌 Note:
Always check reliability before confirming an order, especially if the customer has a medium or poor track record.
