⏱️ Order shipping times

The shipping time for orders depends mainly on two factors:

• ⏰ Order confirmation before the supplier's cut-off time
• 🚚 The selected shipping service type

🏭 Supplier cut-off time

Each dropshipping provider has a cutoff time (in Spanish time). You can see it within the product details, below the title.

• Supplier ID
• Product ID

📊 Examples of delivery times

📦 24H Service (TIPSA / GLS)

⏰ Cut-off time: 4:30 PM
🚚 Service: 24H

📌 If you confirm your order before the cutoff time on a business day:

• The order is prepared and picked up that same day
• It is delivered within 24/48 business hours

💡 Examples:

• Monday → delivery Tuesday or Wednesday
• Friday → delivery the following Monday or Tuesday

⚡ 2PM Service (TIPSA / GLS)

⏰ Cut-off time: 5:00 PM
🚚 Service: 14H

📌 If you confirm your order before the cutoff time on a business day:

• It is prepared and collected on the same day.
• It will be delivered before 2:00 PM the next business day.

💡 Examples:

• Monday → Tuesday delivery
• Friday → delivery Monday

⚠️ Important considerations

• 📅 Orders confirmed after the cut-off time or during the weekend:
  • They prepare on Monday
  • They enter transit starting Tuesday
• 🚫 Orders are not prepared or shipped on weekends

⚠️ Recommendation: Confirm orders as soon as possible and avoid doing so close to the cut-off time to ensure proper preparation and shipping.
