TIPSA offers the following services:

  • Mainland Spain: Services 14, 19 and Economy (24/48)
  • Balearic Islands: Balearic Islands 24-hour service
  • Mainland Portugal: Economy Service (24/48)

What is the difference between them?

⚑ Service 14 : Urgent service with delivery before 2:00 PM in capital cities and main towns.
πŸš€ Service 19 : Urgent service with delivery before 7:00 p.m. in capital cities and main towns.
πŸ“¦ Economy Service (24/48) : Economic service with general delivery in 24/48 business hours in capital cities and main towns.
🏝️ Balearic Islands 24 Service : Economical service with general delivery in 24/48 business hours.

GLS offers the following services:

  • ⚑ Delivery within 14 hours
  • πŸ“¦ 24H Delivery
  • 🏝️ Balearic Islands 24 H

What is the difference between them?

⚑ 2 PM Delivery : Urgent delivery before 2 PM the next business day. Available only in certain areas.
πŸ“¦ 24-Hour Delivery : Delivery within approximately 24/48 business hours.
🏝️ Balearic Islands 24 HS : Delivery within approximately 24/48 business hours.

πŸ“¦ 24 Hours : Urgent delivery during the next business day

βš™οΈ Modify the shipping service for all orders

The platform is configured by default so that all orders from Spain are sent via TIPSA's 24-hour service.

If you wish to change this setting:

⚠️ The service you configure here will automatically apply to all orders you confirm from now on.

🚫 Important: Supplier 4 only works with TIPSA, so it is not possible to select another transport company for your shipments.

πŸ“ Modify the shipping service for specific orders

If you wish to modify the shipping service for one or more specific orders:

1️⃣ Select the orders

From the "Pending confirmation" tab, select the order or orders you wish to modify.

Then click on "Update Transportation Services" .

2️⃣ Select the new service

Choose:

  • 🚚 The transport company (TIPSA or GLS)
  • πŸ“¦ The desired service

Finally, click on "Update" .
