📦 Use of boxes for shipping

Some suppliers within Dropea have an additional "box" type product in their catalog, which has its own ID.

Examples:

• Supplier 38 → Box ID: 11913
• Supplier 11 → Box ID: 11893

🛠️ How to send orders in a box?

If you want your orders shipped in a box, you must:

1. Create a pack that includes the product + the box
2. Link that pack to your Shopify store

💡 Example:
Product ID 14707 + Box ID 11913 (Supplier 38)

📦 You will need to create a pack for each product you want to send in a box.

⚠️ Important

Not all suppliers offer the option of shipping in a box.

If you cannot find this product in the catalog, you should contact the customer service team through the usual channels to confirm.
