💸 Request a loan to confirm orders

If you don't have funds available in your wallet and need to continue confirming cash on delivery orders, you can apply for a loan.

📩 Once you submit your request, it will be reviewed by the relevant department. If approved, the funds will be credited to your wallet. Otherwise, you will be notified.

⚠️ Important: The loan must be repaid when you have sufficient funds in your wallet.

💡 Ideally, you should return it when you can maintain a margin that allows you to continue confirming orders without needing to request a new one.

🔁 You can make the return from the “Loans” tab within the wallet.

🚫 Restriction: It is not possible to request loans for orders paid by card, PayPal, Bizum, or other similar methods. In these cases, you will need to add funds to your wallet via bank transfer.

✍️ How to fill out the form?

🆔 Step 1

Enter your dropshipper ID .

💰 Step 2

Indicate the amount you wish to request.

💡 You can calculate it approximately by multiplying:

• Number of orders pending confirmation
• Average amount that the wallet reserves per order

📊 Example: 10 orders × €14.50 = €145

🔎 You can check the reservation amount in Wallet → Reservations .

📦 Step 3

Indicate the number of orders you have pending confirmation.

📧 Step 4

Enter a contact email address.

📝 Step 5

Explain the reason for the request and click on “Submit” .
