đĄ INCORRECT ADDRESS (DI) OR MISSING DATA (FD)
The address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
It can also be:
- Incorrect phone number
- Misdirected - from point: The shipment was mistakenly directed to the wrong route or agency. The transport company is redirecting it to the correct destination to continue delivery.
đ ABSENT
The customer was not at home at the time of delivery or the premises were closed.
- Absent or absent second time (AS)
đĢ REJECTED
The customer rejects the order, either because of the price, unmet expectations, or other reasons.
- Does not accept shipment
- NAM (Does not accept merchandise)
- DO (Return to origin)
đ§ LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE
The order has been lost or damaged during the shipping process.
âšī¸ GENERAL INCIDENCE (for informational purposes only)
- FE (Lack of Expedition): an administrative status assigned by the transport company when an order is not dispatched within the first 24 hours. They use it to inform that the order has not yet arrived at the destination agency.
- EAD (Delivery Deferred by the Recipient)
- Holiday or FL (Local Holiday): The agency does not deliver to the area due to a local holiday. Delivery will resume on the next business day.
- Poorly documented: incorrect population or postal code.
- FB (Missing Packages): The agency has not yet received all the packages that make up the shipment.
- Misrouted from point or MCC (Misclassified): The shipment was mistakenly directed to the wrong route or agency. The shipping company is redirecting it to the correct destination to continue delivery.
- It does not connect: transit delay.
- Lack of time
- Force majeure: the delivery has been affected by an external and unforeseen situation that temporarily prevents the continuation of the delivery, such as weather conditions, traffic disruptions or exceptional incidents.
- Solution provided to recipient: the customer has managed the incident on their own from the transport company's website or app.
- Solution provided by the customer: the dropshipper resolved the issue from the transport company's website.
- Return requested: customer requests return.
đŖ PICK UP AT AGENCY (RD)
The customer will collect the order directly from the transport agency, either by prior arrangement or by their own decision.
