Dropea can confirm new orders that meet your chosen conditions for you, so you don't have to review them individually. There are three options, each activated separately: you can use one, several, or none. Orders that don't meet any active option remain pending, as before, for you to confirm.
| 📍 BY ADDRESS AND HISTORY | 💳 SHOPIFY PAID | 💳 PAID PANEL OR API |
|---|---|---|
| Self-confirm by address and fingerprint The order is confirmed if the customer's address and delivery history fall within the statuses you select. Both conditions must be met simultaneously. | Shopify orders paid by card or PayPal The order received from your Shopify store, already paid for by card, PayPal or Shopify Payments, is confirmed without looking at the address or the customer's history. | Panel and API orders marked as paid The order you create on Dropea or via the API is confirmed with a payment method such as card, PayPal, or paid. Dropea does not verify the payment; it relies on the method you specified. |
Go to My Account and expand Order Auto-Confirmation.
The folded section within My Account.
Each option has its own switch. When on, the option works; when off, it doesn't. The first option also has two lists to choose which states you accept.
The section is open, with all three options activated.
For the first option only. In each list, select the statuses you want the order to be confirmed with. These are the same indicators, with their colors, that you see in the order list.
Accepted fingerprint states (customer history).
Nothing takes effect until you save. Cancel undoes any changes you've made since the last save. Both buttons are only active when changes are made.
The two lists in the first option use the states that Dropea already shows in each order.
| ADDRESS | |
|---|---|
| Correct Direction | The steering is working without problems. |
| Address to Check | There's something in the address that should be checked. |
| Wrong Direction | The address has errors. |
| Address not verified | The address has not been verified. This applies to orders created in the panel or via the API. |
| FINGERPRINT | |
|---|---|
| Not enough history | The customer has hardly any previous orders, or none at all. |
| Good delivery history | The customer usually receives their orders. |
| You may not receive the order. | The customer has some undelivered orders. |
| High risk of rejection | The customer has frequently rejected orders. |
⚠️ Important: Customer history is searched using their phone number. If the order does not have a phone number, the first option will not be fulfilled, even if you selected "Insufficient history".
New accounts: these are created with the first option activated, accepting "Correct Address" and customers with "Insufficient History" or "Good Delivery History". Both payment options start off disabled.
Existing accounts: start with all three options turned off. Nothing changes until the dropshipper activates them.
In the order details, the Status History shows who performed each step. When the order has been self-confirmed, the confirmation step (to "Pending Supplier") appears as having been done by dropea instead of by you.
🚨 A Shopify order that is charged later does not count as paid
The Shopify paid option checks the payment status at the time the order reaches drop. If the order is pending payment and is paid later, it will not be confirmed by this option. Cash on delivery orders are also not considered paid.
Are the orders I already had pending confirmed when I activate it?
No. Only those who enter after activating each option.
