📦 How to prepare orders from Dropea if you are a supplier with your own warehouse
If you are a supplier and prepare orders from your own warehouse, you will need to manage the preparation directly from the Dropea panel.
🛠️ Step by step
- Go to the Orders section.
- Select the orders that are listed in "Pending" status and click on "Generate picking" .
📋 Picking list:
By performing this step, the Picking List will be printed: a list with all the products and units that you must pick to prepare those orders.
- Then, reselect all orders that are in "Preparation" status and move them to "Prepared" .
📦 Packing list + tags:
This step will generate the Packing List , which includes all the orders to be prepared and the contents that go inside each one.
Shipping labels from the transport company will also be generated.
⚠️ Important:
Since this action may be tedious, you will receive an email with a link to download the Packing List and shipping labels .
- You will receive one email for every 25 orders .
💡 Example:
If you prepare 100 orders , you will receive 4 emails , each with 25 labels.
- Finally, physically prepare the orders so that the corresponding transport company can pick them up.
✅ Last step:
Once the orders are ready for collection, you will not need to take any further action on the platform.
