❌ How to cancel orders on Dropea?

It is only possible to cancel orders that are in the following status:

• 🟡 Pending Dropshipper

🚫 If the order is already in "Prepared" status, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. In that case, you must wait until the order status indicates an issue before requesting a return to the sender.

📊 Mass cancellation

1. Access the order list.
2. Select the orders you wish to cancel.
3. Click the “Cancel” button.

✅ Selected orders will be cancelled if they meet the permitted conditions.

📄 Individual cancellation

1. Click on the three dots of the order you wish to cancel.
2. Choose the “Cancel” option.

✅ The order will be cancelled if it is in a permitted state.
