❌ How to cancel orders on Dropea?

You can cancel orders on Dropea as long as they are in certain states.

⚠️ Important: It is only possible to cancel orders that are in the following status:

  • 🟡 Pending confirmation
  • 🟢 Confirmed

🚫 If the order is already in "Prepared" status, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

📊 Mass cancellation

  1. Access the order list
  2. Select the orders you wish to cancel
  3. Click the “Cancel” button

✅ Selected orders will be cancelled if they meet the permitted conditions.


📄 Individual cancellation

  1. Click on the three dots next to the order you wish to cancel
  2. Choose the “Cancel” option

✅ The order will be cancelled if it is in a permitted state.
