Modify the details of an order pending confirmation

✏️ How to modify the details of an order pending confirmation?

You can edit order details directly from the Dropea platform, as long as the order has not yet been confirmed.

⚠️ Important: If the order is already in Dropea, you must make the modifications from that platform. Changes made in Shopify will not be reflected , as the two platforms are not bidirectionally synchronized 🔁.

🚫 Restriction: You can only modify orders that are pending confirmation . If the order has already been confirmed, you must contact Customer Support .

⚙️ How to edit an order?

✏️ Step 1

Access the order and click on the pencil icon to enter edit mode.

📝 Step 2

Make the necessary modifications in the corresponding field:

  • Customer data: You can modify all fields except the province , which is maintained according to the information imported from Shopify.
  • Order details: You can adjust the quantity of units or the price of the product.

💾 Step 3

Click "Save" to apply the changes.

🔎 Before confirming the order, carefully check that all the information is correct.

⚠️ Once the order is confirmed, it will not be possible to make any further modifications .
