Modify/Cancel an Order Refund

🔄 Modify or cancel an order refund

If you need to modify or cancel a refund for an order, the process will depend on the order's status.

⚠️ Important:
If the order is experiencing an issue, you must request a change to the amount from the Dropea customer service team through any of the available channels.

❌ It is not permitted to request refund changes from the incident panel.

📦 If the order has not yet been dispatched

  • 🚚 TIPSA: You can request a modification or cancellation of the refund from the customer service team.
  • 🚛 GLS: You will have to wait until the order is out for delivery before you can request a modification or cancellation.
💡 Remember:
To avoid errors in order management, always check the shipping status before requesting any changes to the refund.
