💳 Prepaid orders

You can offer card payments or other prepayment methods in your store and Dropea will take care of preparing and shipping the order.

⚙️ Shopify Setup

You must set up a payment gateway in Shopify so that orders arrive at Dropea with one of the following statuses:

  • Card payment
  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Paid

✅ This way, the customer will not have to pay cash on delivery.

💡 For this type of order, you will only be charged operating expenses.

✔️ Once the payment gateway is set up in Shopify, we recommend that you check the payment type used for orders to Dropea to verify that it includes one of the options listed above.

💰 Funds needed

To confirm these orders on Dropea, you must have funds available in your wallet.

If you don't have enough funds, you'll need to make a transfer to cover the total expenses.

💡 Expenses include:

  • Product cost
  • VAT (if applicable)
  • Shipment
  • Fulfillment

🔎 To calculate the exact amount, access the order and review the total expenses .

⚠️ Important

Initial credit or loans can only be used to confirm cash on delivery orders.
