If you need to generate images or videos of a product, you can request a sample order.
🚀 How to request a sample order?
💳 Cash on delivery
Generate a manual order in Dropea with cash on delivery for the total cost of the order , which includes:
- Product cost
- Shipping (round trip)
- Fulfillment (round trip)
- Taxes (if applicable)
💡 Example:
Product: €6.50 + Shipping (one way): €3.50 + Shipping (return): €3.50 + Fulfillment (one way): €1 + Fulfillment (return): €1 = €15.50
⚠️ Important: If the total has decimals, round it up. Example: €23.50 → €24
- Before confirming the order, you must share the order ID for verification.
🚫 Do not confirm the order without prior validation.
- Make the payment directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
💰 Prepayment
- Generate a manual order in Dropea and mark it as “paid” or “card payment” .
Make sure you have enough available funds in your wallet to cover:
- Product cost
- Shipment
- Fulfillment
- Taxes (if applicable)
- If you don't have enough funds, you'll need to make a transfer to your wallet.
- Before confirming the order, please share the order ID for validation.
