How do I connect my store?

🛍️ How to connect your store?

Follow these steps to link your store to the platform.

⚙️ Initial steps

  1. Go to the “Shops” section
  2. Click on the ➕ icon (located in the upper right corner)
  3. Select the type of store you want to connect ( Shopify or other )

🟢 I already have a Shopify store

  • Click on the corresponding button
  • A new tab will open with the Dropea plug-in
  • Click on “Install” and follow the indicated steps.


🆕 I don't have a Shopify store, but I want to create one

  • Click the corresponding button to create a store
  • Follow the steps indicated by the platform.

🔗 I have a store, but not on Shopify

  • Select the “Other” option
  • Complete all the requested information
  • Click on “Save and continue”

⚠️ Important: If you connect a store that is not from Shopify, you will need to manage orders manually, as the Dropea plugin is currently only available for Shopify.
