🔄 How to forward an order to Dropea from Shopify?
If you need to resend orders that didn't reach Dropea due to a problem that has already been resolved, you can easily do so from Shopify.
📊 Mass forwarding
- Access your order list in Shopify
- Select the orders you wish to resend
- Click on the options menu (⋯)
- Select “Send to Dropea”
✅ Once completed, the orders should appear on the Dropea platform.
📄 Individual forwarding
- Access the order you wish to resend
- Click on “More actions”
- Select “Send to Dropea”
✅ The order should be displayed correctly in Dropea.
