Duplicate a cash on delivery order from Shopify

🔁 How to duplicate a cash on delivery order from Shopify?

Follow these steps to duplicate an order and set it up as cash on delivery.

📄 Step 1

Access the order you want to duplicate in Shopify.
Click on “More actions” → “Duplicate” .


💳 Step 2

Check the box “Payment due later” .
Verify that the payment terms state "Payment upon receipt" .
Then click on “Create order” .


⚠️ Step 3

Shopify will display a notice indicating that you are creating a cash on delivery order.
Click again on “Create order” .

✅ The order should automatically appear in Dropea.


✏️ Step 4

Access the order on Dropea and enter edit mode (pencil icon).

Change the payment type to cash on delivery and click “Save” .

💡 Result

The duplicate order will be correctly configured as cash on delivery on both platforms.
