Create a manual cash on delivery order from Shopify

📦 How to create a manual cash on delivery order from Shopify?

Follow these steps to generate a manual order with cash on delivery from Shopify.

🛒 Step 1

Go to Orders and click on “Create order” .



🔎 Step 2

Find the product you already have linked to Dropea.

⚠️ Important: If the product is not linked to Dropea, you must link it before continuing.


➕ Step 3

Select the product and click on “Add” .


👤 Step 4

Enter the customer's shipping details in the "Customer" block.


💳 Step 5

Check the box “Payment due later” to indicate that this is a cash on delivery order.

Then click on “Create order” .


✅ Step 6

Click on “Create order” again to confirm the action.


🏷️ Step 7

If everything is correct, you will see a label with the order ID in Dropea .


💡 Result

The order will be created correctly and ready for management on the platform.
