🛒 How to confirm and request order preparation from Shopify?
You can manage order confirmation and preparation directly from Shopify if you have correctly configured the Dropea branch in your products.
⚙️ Configure the Dropea branch on the product
Dropea will automatically update the tracking in Shopify and allow you to see the status of orders, provided the branch is correctly configured.
⚠️ Important: For synchronization to work correctly, the Dropea branch must be the only one configured in the product.
📦 Products without variations
- Access the product on Shopify
- Go to the Inventory block
- Click on “Edit branches”
- Select only the Dropea branch
- Click on “Save”
🔀 Products with variations
- Access the product
- Enter each variant
- Go to the Inventory block
- Configure the branch for each variant (Drop only)
🔎 Once completed, Dropea should be the only branch visible in the product inventory.
📤 Confirm and request order preparation
🧾 Individual Confirmation
- Access the order in Shopify
- Verify that the assigned branch is Dropea
- If it isn't, you can change it from the options menu (⋯)
- Click on “Request order preparation”
✅ The order will be automatically confirmed on the Dropea platform.
📊 Mass confirmation
- Access your order list in Shopify
- Select the orders you wish to confirm
- Click on the options menu (⋯)
- Select “Request order preparation”
⚠️ Remember: this will only work if the Dropea branch is correctly configured in the products.
✅ Selected orders will be automatically confirmed in Dropea.
