⚙️ How to configure the drop_error view in Shopify?
Setting up the dropea_error view in Shopify will allow you to quickly identify orders that have not reached the Dropea platform correctly due to a synchronization error.

🛒 Step 1: Access the Orders section
Within Shopify, click on Orders .
📝 Step 2: Create a new view
From the All view, click Create view .
🏷️ Step 3: Assign the view name
Type dropea_error as the view name and click Create view .
📌 Note:
Once the view has been created, it will be necessary to configure the corresponding filter.
🔍 Step 4: Access the filters
Enter the dropea_error view and click on Search and filter .
🏷️ Step 5: Configure the filter
- Click on Add filter .
- Select the Labeled with option.
- Write dropea_error in the corresponding field.
- Click Save .
