📦 How to add your products to Dropea

If you are a supplier, you can upload your products to Dropea so that they are available on the platform and can be sold by dropshippers.

🛠️ Step by step: upload products

1️⃣ Access the Products section

Go to Products and click on ➕ "Add product" .


2️⃣ Complete all product information

Next, you will need to complete all the fields related to the product.


🌍 State
  1. Audience: Product visible to all dropshippers.
  2. Exclusive: Product visible only to dropshippers you authorize.
  3. Inactive: product not visible to anyone.
🏭 Type of Fulfillment
  1. Supplier: if you have your own warehouse
  2. Dropea: if you host your products in Dropea's warehouses

📂 Category

  1. Select the category that best represents your product.
🖼️ Images and videos
  1. You can upload up to 200MB for images and videos.
ℹ️General Information

📝 Title
  1. State the product name.
💡 Recommendation:
Use easy-to-search names and avoid including trademarks.

📖 Description

Add a complete product description with as much information as possible:

  • ✅ Features.
  • ✅ Technical specifications.
  • ✅ How to use.
  • ✅ Duration or useful life.
  • ✅ Relevant benefits.
💰 Prices exclude VAT
  1. Enter the price of the product.


📦Product
  1. Simple: It shows SKU, weight in kg, dimensions in cm, price, recommended retail price, stock, and EAN.
  2. With Variants: indicates variable and options



🏭Manufacturer
Include all the product manufacturer's information:
  1. 🌎Country
  2. 🏭Address
  3. ☑️ Name
  4. 📧 E-mail
  5. 🖼️ Product image
  6. 🙋 Responsible Name
  7. 📩 Email in the EU


3️⃣ Create the product

Once you have filled in all the information, click on the "Create" button at the bottom of the form.

🎉 Done!
Your product should now have been successfully uploaded to the platform.
